Which town are you from?

Our headquarters are in Veliko Tarnovo, but we are available for sessions in other towns as well.

Where do you shoot the sessions?

 

Right where your party is (party center, restaurant, etc.)

 

 

 

How much space is needed for the background and the lighting?

 

Each space bigger than 4 by 4 m. would be large enough for the background and the lighting.

 

 

 

What prop/accessories should we provide?

 

Usually they are not a necessary or indispensable part, but they beep up the effect – especially if they are things that can move freely (e.g. necklaces, long hair, etc.). However we have a great variety of wigs, hats, necklaces, etc. If you have anything that suits you well, you can bring it as well.

 

 

 

How long before the party should I book?

 

At leas 72 hours earlier. The day and the time of the booking are considered confirmed after a deposit is paid.

 

 

How long does the shooting take?

 

The duration of each kind of session is described in details on the booking page. We need approximately 45-60 minutes technical time (to set the background, the lighting, the camera, etc.) before and after the session, which is not included in the shooting time itself.

 

 

 

When and how will we get our video?

 

The time for editing the video varies between 5 and 20 work days after the party, depending on the kind of booking. When the video is ready, you will get it form a download link we will send you or a flash drive.

 

 

 

How do I pay?

 

You make two payments - first you make a deposit to confirm your appointment, the day and the time of your party, and the other payment you make after the end of the session. After you book online you will receive a confirmation phone call from us and we will discuss the best way for you to pay.
